By default there are 2 payment method (paypal,2checkout) in phpfox.you can enable/manage them from admin
(1)go to site admin
http://yoursite.com/index.php?do=/admincp/
(2)now go to
Settings > Payment Gateways
(3)active payments method and edit payment details
