you can easily change logo from admin by following steps
(1)go to site admin
http://yoursite.com/index.php?do=/admincp/
(2)now go to
Extensions >> Theme >> Manage Theme
(3)click on current theme styles
(4)click on current style (at left down arrow icon)
(5)here you have menu change logo
